  • Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled piano moving will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled piano moving will be subject to a cancellation fee.

    • No refunds will be offered for cancellations made after the moving crew has arrived at the pick-up location.

  • Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

  • Payment: We accept cash, check, credit card, and ACH. Payment is due in full before the move begins.

  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 days in advance.

  • Liability: We are insured and liable for any damages caused by our negligence during the move. See full policy for details and limitations.

  • Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for preparing the piano for moving as outlined in our moving agreement.
