How GrandGuard Piano Services handles your information, and the terms that apply to our moving, storage, and service work.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled piano moving will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled piano moving will be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be offered for cancellations made after the moving crew has arrived at the pick-up location.
Quotes
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
Payment
We accept cash, check, credit card, and ACH. Payment is due in full before the move begins.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 days in advance.
Liability
We are insured and liable for any damages caused by our negligence during the move. See full policy for details and limitations.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for preparing the piano for moving as outlined in our moving agreement.

We use your personal information only for the purpose of providing you with our services, and we take all necessary measures to ensure that your information is securely stored and protected. We do not share your information with any third parties, except as required by law.
