All stored pianos receive a complimentary inspection upon arrival and before delivery. All long-distance moves include 10 days of complimentary climate-controlled storage.

We tune all piano brands and adjust voicing to match your personal preference — whether you prefer a tone that is soft and mellow or crisp and bright. For pianos arriving from long-distance moves, we recommend waiting 2–4 weeks before tuning to allow full climate acclimation. Regular tuning twice a year keeps your piano sounding its best.
